Help With Icons

Heaps of penguins are having trouble downloading and installing the effects for paint.net!

Here is how to do it!
First:
Visit the effect you would like to download. Then click the winzip button to download the effect! *Click the image to go full size you might be able to see it better*

Then, once it has downloaded click you download at the bottom of your page. 

It should then open. 

Then drag the effect to your desktop. 

Then go to my computer and select your hard drive. 

Then select Program Files. Open it. 

Then select the file thats named: Paint.net

Now select the Effect File. Open it

Now drag the effect from your desktop into the effect file! There! Now everything is installed and can be

used straight away!
